As an example, we have already filled out more than Half of the template with the information of a student that is pursuing a Computer Science major and Astrophysics Minor, and is a sophomore right now.

Screenshot of Total Table
First letโs see what our main table is - the Total Table.
- In this table, you can see how first you can add the Class Name, Code and which semester you are taking it in.
- Then we Define the number of Credits that class is (this will come in handy when we want to see how many credits you are taking every year, every semester etc.
- Then we tag whether that class fulfills Major, Minor or Gen-Ed requirements (this will also come in handy later to see how far along are we with our major and minor credit requirements)
- Next Up, we select the Status, and type of Gen-Ed, if the class is not Gen-Ed we just leave this empty. Your university or school might have their own Gen-Ed requirements, so feel free to add your own tags, and remove the pre-written ones.
- Finally, if you have any other remarks to put down you can write them in the remarks column.
Once you are averse with the Total-Table planner, we can move to the other subsidiaries of the Parent database
(if you know SQL ๐, this would make a lot of sense, even if you donโt - donโt worry, everything is done for you)

This is a screenshot from the homepage, left side column of the Quick Links.
Page List :
As you can see on the left, there are total of 6 pages :
- Four Year Plan - this is your Total table as discussed above.
- Major - This page displays all of your classes for your Major requirements
- Minor - This page displays all your Minor classes
- General Education - This page shows the list of all your Gen-Eds and lists them all by type of Gen-Ed (i.e, General Arts, General Humanities, General Quantifications etc.)
- Guide : As mentioned this is the guide page, the one you are currently reading.
- Semester View - This is the view of the table on the home page. A semester wise breakdown of all of your classes.
How to Start?
Once you are confident you can do the rest on your own, you can delete the pre-filled rows and start adding your own classes; or duplicate it once more and delete everything.
